Much improved almanac richer looking easier to look at when your on the go hard work pays off best almanac app out there

For $1.99, this is a truly amazing app. I cannot imagine where else I could find so much useful information. Its initially hard to find a few of my favorite features, but it simply takes a little exploring ... just like the original app. And, I have to say, the exploration aspect of the app is my favorite part. My two favorite features are the dawn/dusk times (I wake with the sun, so its nice to have an idea when that will be so I can plan around it), and the gardening tips/info. The gardening feature sets itself to my hardiness zone automatically, so the info is relevant and useful. Love this app for many other reasons, but thats enough for now. Many thanks to the creator(s) of The American Almanac!

Not as good as the original. Wont work in landscape mode on an iPad. Very few customization options. Certainly not worth $2.

Im a huge fan of the farmers almanac and loved the old app. As a farmer, I use this primarily as a weather forecast app, and the old one was the most accurate one on the market. This one only shows you info for the current day/evening. It will show you an icon (sun/rain, etc) for the 5 day forecast, but not even a high/low temp reading, let alone any wind predictions or times for rain. Also far more difficult to manage and understand than the old one. Even the weather, you can jump forward a week, a month, or a year at a time, but no other increment, so you have to do it week by week or month by month instead of just getting a long range forecast like in the old app. HUGE downgrade for the weather part of this at least. Not worth the money at all if thats what you use it for.

I first fell in love with the "old" farmers almanac that my father used. The new American Almanac with all its fancy stuff is even better!!! Good job!

App works. Works well. So far. Well see almanac, well see. Only time tell if you work for ze future.

I had the old almanac and it was good, but this new upgrade is absolutely amazing! I love all the new features and upgrades. Keep up the good work Tod!

Ive loved my old Almanac app for a long time, so I bought the new update. It looks beautiful and is easy to use. Its a wealth of information and I appreciate all of the hard work that goes into an app like this!

I love this app and use it regularly. Its layout is easy to navigate, the information is thorough and dense, and it everything is organized in an intuitive way. Im a big fan.

Like the original better cleaner graphics, new one confusing not as advertised for navigation.

For people who enjoy miscellaneous facts, this app is great. I use it every day.
